Tailoroo is built by Pandoratech, a UAE software company (head office Al Ain, site office Ras Al Khor, Dubai) that has run POS and ERP systems for Gulf businesses since 2012. Support comes from the same UAE team that builds the product — in English or Arabic, on phone and WhatsApp.

Tailoroo runs in the browser on any device — counter PC, tablet or phone — so there is nothing to install and no app store to depend on. Staff log in with a PIN, and roles (cashier, manager, owner) control what each person sees: a cashier takes orders, a manager approves refunds, an owner sees every branch.

Tailoroo ships with 14 ready measurement templates covering 84 measurement points — kandura, abaya, suit, sherwani, saree blouse and more. Every customer keeps a measurement profile per garment type, editable at any time, and reorders pull the saved profile automatically instead of re-measuring from a notebook.

Every order can carry first and final fitting appointments on the Fittings page. Customers get WhatsApp reminders before the appointment, and each fitting is marked done, no-show or rescheduled — with the full history on the order, so a missed fitting never silently delays a wedding sherwani or an Eid kandura.

Each garment line moves through Received, Measurements, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Fitting, Ready, Out for Delivery and Completed. The order stage is computed from its garment lines, so a suit and a shirt in one order move independently — the board always reflects the real workshop floor, not a manual guess.

Yes. When a customer brings their own cloth, it is recorded against the order line with quantity and notes, and returned balance is tracked. Separately, the fabrics inventory module manages your own rolls — the demo seeds five — so you know what is on the shelf before quoting a new-make kandura.

Yes. Full tax invoices include the words "Tax Invoice", your name, address and 15-digit TRN, a sequential invoice number, dates, line descriptions, the VAT rate and amount in AED and the total — per Article 59 of the Executive Regulations. Simplified B2C receipts are supported for sales under AED 10,000, and credit notes reference their original invoices.

Yes — UAE 5%, Saudi Arabia 15%, Bahrain 10% and Oman 5% are built in, with AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD and OMR currencies and a VAT-inclusive price display toggle (mandatory in KSA). One settings change moves a branch between jurisdictions.

Tailoroo keeps an e-invoicing readiness roadmap in settings. The invoice data model already stores everything PINT AE invoices need — TRNs, sequential numbers, line-level VAT — and we will ship the accredited service provider integration ahead of the B2B mandate, so your uniform and corporate accounts stay compliant.

Yes — VAT summaries and sales reports export cleanly for your quarterly VAT 201 return on EmaraTax. Deposits, balance payments and refunds are all distinguishable in the reports, and records are kept for the FTA-required 5 years.

Yes. We import your customer list with measurement profiles, your garment catalog and new-make/alteration price lists during onboarding. Historical orders can be imported from spreadsheets or exported data from most POS systems, so your regulars’ measurements survive the switch.
