Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tailoroo.com and the Tailoroo POS subscription service (the "Service"), provided by Pandoratech, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates ("Pandoratech", "we"). By subscribing to or using the Service you accept these terms.

The Service

Tailoroo is a subscription point-of-sale and management system for tailoring and bespoke businesses, provided per branch under the plans described on our pricing page. The public demo at app.tailoroo.com is provided as-is for evaluation.

Your responsibilities

• Keep staff PINs and account credentials confidential; actions taken under your users are your responsibility.
• Ensure your business data (prices, TRN, customer records) is accurate; you are the data controller for your customers' data.
• Use the Service lawfully — no attempts to disrupt, probe or resell it.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance in AED, plus 5% UAE VAT. You can cancel anytime; the Service stays active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are discounted and non-refundable except as required by UAE law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

Availability & data

We target high availability and keep encrypted backups, but no online service is uninterrupted; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. On cancellation you may export your data for 90 days.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall to the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
