Tailoring business reports and analytics, straight from live data

Tailoroo turns every order, fitting, payment and shift into reports a tailoring owner actually reads — revenue trends, stage bottlenecks, top services, driver COD and VAT totals. No exports, no spreadsheets, no guessing.

Know exactly how the atelier did — today, this week, this month

Every report in Tailoroo is generated from your real operation: the orders on the production board, the deposits and balances taken at the counter, the cash in the drawer. When a bespoke kandura is paid for at 9pm, it is already in tonight’s numbers — because the Hijri calendar shifts eleven days each year, comparing against the same season last year matters more than comparing against last month.

  • Revenue trends by day, week and month in AED — with cash, card and on-account splits
  • Orders by stage: Received, Measurements, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Fitting, Ready, Out for delivery, Completed
  • Top services and average ticket size — see what the express rush surcharge adds
  • Deposits taken versus balances still outstanding on undelivered orders
  • COD outstanding: what drivers still owe the drawer before cash-up
  • Top customers and repeat-order patterns among your regulars

Owner dashboard

A tailor shop KPI dashboard that keeps one eye on the Hijri calendar

Gulf tailoring demand is seasonal in a way Gregorian-only software misses. New kanduras and sherwanis surge before Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha, Ramadan moves customer visits and fittings into the 8–11pm evening window, wedding season fills the fitting calendar, and summer brings the expat-exodus lull. The owner dashboard keeps Hijri date context on screen and flags the pre-Eid build-up while there is still time to roster tailors, extend cutting-table hours and confirm fabric stock.

  • Owner-only view of full business analytics — role-guarded, like everything in Tailoroo
  • Pre-Eid surge callouts while volumes are still building, not after they peak
  • Stage load at a glance — spot the stitching pile-up before promised dates slip
  • Compare branches side by side with the Multi-Branch add-on

The weekly six

Six reports Gulf tailoring owners open every week

Each one answers a question that used to mean an evening with a calculator and the order book.

Daily, weekly & monthly revenue

Revenue by period with payment-method splits and VAT-inclusive AED totals. Compare this week with last week — or with the same pre-Eid stretch last year.

Stage bottleneck analysis

Garments grouped by production stage with how long orders sit in each one. If Stitching is holding forty pieces the week before Eid, you see it before the queue does.

Top services & customers

Which services pay the rent — bespoke kandura, bridal sherwani, alterations — and which customers and B2B uniform accounts keep bringing them in.

Driver COD outstanding

A per-driver ledger of cash collected on delivery versus what has been handed in. End every run knowing exactly what each driver still holds.

Shift cash-up variance

Expected versus counted cash at every shift close, with the variance flagged while the cashier is still at the counter — not three days later.

VAT summary for your accountant

5% UAE VAT totals, simplified and full invoice counts and credit notes, exported for the quarterly VAT 201 return on EmaraTax. Records kept five years.

Daily reports and shift cash-up are included in every plan, from Starter. Driver COD reporting comes with the Pickup & Delivery add-on, and cross-branch analytics with Multi-Branch. See plans & pricing.

Questions

Reports & analytics FAQ

Are Tailoroo reports live, or end-of-day exports?
Live. Reports and the owner dashboard are computed from the same order, payment and shift data the POS runs on, so a kandura deposit taken at the counter appears in today's revenue immediately — no overnight sync, no spreadsheet re-entry.
Can I compare branches in one report?
Yes, with the Multi-Branch add-on. The owner role gets cross-branch analytics — revenue, orders and top services per branch side by side — while branch managers see their own branch and cashiers see no financial reports at all.
Can I export a VAT summary for my accountant?
Yes. Tailoroo exports VAT summaries with totals in AED for your quarterly VAT 201 return on EmaraTax, and keeps records for the FTA-required five years. Simplified receipts, full tax invoices and credit notes are all covered.
