For chains & central workshops

Multi-branch tailoring software for the whole chain

Open the second branch without doubling the admin. Tailoroo gives the owner one live view across every location — while each branch keeps its own TLR- ticket numbering, staff, prices and daily cash-up.

The owner view

Every branch on one screen

A branch switcher sits in the topbar of every screen. Drop into any branch to work its counter and order board, or stay at owner level and watch the whole chain — today’s revenue, garments by production stage and balances outstanding, per branch and consolidated in AED. Every fitting, deposit and balance payment stays with the branch that took the order, so the end-of-day cash-up reconciles against that branch alone.

  • One-tap branch switcher in the topbar — no separate logins per location
  • Owner sees consolidated revenue, orders and cash across the chain
  • Cashiers and managers stay scoped to their own branch’s board
  • Same bilingual EN/AR catalog and receipts at every location

Compare branches on live numbers, not gut feel

Reports pull from live order data at every location — revenue trends, top services, stage bottlenecks and deposits outstanding, side by side. Spot the branch that is drowning in stitching before the pre-Eid kandura surge, and the one whose fittings calendar needs a second tailor. Filter by date range, branch or garment type and the numbers stay live — no exports, no spreadsheets, no waiting for month-end.

  • Revenue and order volume per branch, by day, week or season
  • Top services per branch — bespoke kanduras in one, wedding sherwanis in another
  • Stage bottlenecks — cutting, stitching, finishing — compared across locations

Under the hood

What a tailor chain management system controls for you

The six things that quietly break when a tailoring business grows from one shop to three — handled by design, not by spreadsheets and phone calls, whether each branch produces in-house or routes work to a central workshop.

Per-branch TLR- numbering

Tickets and tax invoices number sequentially within each branch — TLR-1001, TLR-1002 — so every location keeps its own clean, FTA-ready audit trail with no gaps and no collisions across the chain.

Branch-scoped staff & PINs

Each cashier and manager signs in with a PIN and sees only their own branch — its order board, fittings schedule, shifts and cash-up. Roles (cashier, manager, owner) decide what each person can open.

Central catalog, local prices

Maintain one bilingual garment catalog for the whole chain — bespoke kandura, Emirati premium cuts, abaya, sherwani — with new-make and alteration price tiers, then override prices per branch where the neighbourhood demands it.

Cross-branch analytics

The owner role reads consolidated revenue, top services, 9-stage production load and fitting no-shows across every branch — live, without exporting a single spreadsheet.

Consolidated VAT reporting

Every branch issues FTA-compliant receipts with your TRN and 5% VAT in AED; the owner pulls VAT summaries per branch and consolidated, ready for the quarterly VAT 201 on EmaraTax.

Central-workshop routing

Run counter branches that take orders and measurements while a central atelier does the cutting, stitching and finishing. Each branch keeps its own tickets and customers while the workshop workload stays visible on the same board.

Questions

Multi-branch FAQ

Is multi-branch included in every plan?
Multi-branch management is part of the Enterprise plan at AED 499/month. Most tailors start on Starter or Business with a single shop and upgrade when the second branch opens — all customers, measurement profiles, catalog and order history carry over.
Do ticket numbers stay sequential per branch?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own sequential TLR- ticket and tax-invoice numbering, which is exactly what FTA auditors look for. Owner-level VAT totals are still consolidated across the chain for filing.
Can staff at one branch see another branch's orders?
No. Staff sign in with a PIN and are scoped to their own branch: cashiers see their counter and order board, managers see their branch reports and cash-up. Only the owner role can switch branches from the topbar and see cross-branch analytics.
