B2B & uniform accounts

Corporate uniform management software for UAE tailors

Hotel staff uniforms, school blazers, clinic scrubs, security-guard sets — contract clients bring volume, but only when the sizing and the billing keep up. Tailoroo gives every corporate account its own rate card, credit terms, per-employee measurement profiles and one consolidated tax invoice at month end.

One account, one invoice

A season of uniform orders becomes a single tax invoice

All month, every order the account generates — new uniforms for joiners, alterations for the existing roster, replacements after wear — is booked on credit at that client’s contract rates, and each garment moves through the 9-stage production pipeline like any other ticket. At month end Tailoroo consolidates the orders into one full tax invoice, with a statement that lists every garment line by line. The client’s finance team gets exactly the document its accounts-payable process expects, and you get one payment to chase instead of a drawer full of receipts.

  • Per-account contract rate cards, separate from the counter price list
  • Credit terms per account — net 15, net 30 — with outstanding-balance aging
  • One consolidated monthly tax invoice per account, with an itemized statement
  • Full Article 59 fields: both TRNs, sequential numbering, per-line VAT in AED
  • Repeat bulk orders pull saved measurement profiles and style options

Who uses it

Uniform programs across the Gulf

From a five-star fitting room to a school’s measuring day — the account works the same way: contract rates, saved sizes, scheduled runs, one monthly invoice.

Hotels & resorts

Front-desk, housekeeping and F&B uniforms fitted per employee, with bulk orders billed to the property's account at contract rates and returned on scheduled delivery runs.

Schools & universities

Blazers, shirts, trousers and staff abayas sized from per-employee measurement profiles — then re-ordered each term without measuring everyone again.

Clinics & healthcare

Scrubs, lab coats and reception uniforms on repeat bulk orders. New joiners are measured once and added to the account's sizing roster.

Security firms

Hundreds of guards across contract sites: per-employee profiles, rank and braid style options tracked per order, and one consolidated invoice per site.

Airlines & aviation

Cabin-crew and ground-staff tailoring to spec — exacting measurements, fitting rounds before handover, and full tax invoices procurement can process.

Restaurants & hospitality groups

Chef whites, aprons and front-of-house uniforms across outlets, priced on the group rate card and invoiced once a month per branch or per group.

What the add-on includes

Everything a uniform contract needs

B2B tailoring accounts in the UAE mean full tax invoices carrying the recipient’s TRN — Tailoroo handles that per Article 59, automatically, on every account statement.

Contract rate cards

Negotiated uniform prices per account — new-make and alteration tiers for shirts, trousers, abayas and full uniform sets — applied automatically the moment an order is booked to that client. Counter prices stay untouched.

Credit terms & aging

Set net-15 or net-30 terms per account and watch outstanding balances age in one view. Month-end chasing becomes a statement you send, not a list you remember.

Consolidated monthly invoices

A month of uniform orders rolls into one tax invoice with an itemized statement attached — the format hotel finance departments and school procurement teams need in order to pay on time.

Per-employee measurements at scale

Every employee on the account keeps a measurement profile built on Tailoroo's 14 templates and 84 points. Uniform sizing survives staff turnover — reorders and replacements pull the saved profile.

Scheduled pickups & deliveries

Fixed collection and delivery runs per account — weekly for a hotel, per term for a school — planned on the same pickup & delivery board your drivers already use, with delivery slots per run.

VAT-registered full invoices

Every consolidated invoice is a full tax invoice with all Article 59 fields — both TRNs, issue and supply dates, per-line VAT and AED totals — ready for the UAE's B2B e-invoicing mandate.

Questions

B2B & uniform account FAQ

Can each corporate account have its own uniform prices?
Yes. Every B2B account carries a contract rate card — negotiated prices for each garment, with new-make and alteration tiers — that applies automatically the moment an order is booked to that account. Your retail counter price list stays untouched, and walk-in customers never see contract rates.
How does consolidated monthly billing work?
During the month, the client's uniform orders are booked on account at contract rates. At month end Tailoroo issues one full tax invoice — your TRN, the recipient's TRN, sequential numbering and per-line VAT in AED per Article 59 — with a statement listing every order. Corrections go out as credit notes that reference the original invoice.
How do we size hundreds of employees for a uniform program?
Measure each employee once — in your shop or on-site with a home-visit appointment — and Tailoroo stores a measurement profile per person using its 14 tailoring templates. Reorders, replacements and next season's program pull the saved profiles, so you never re-measure the whole roster.
